"One of the most sincere forms of respect is to really listen to what the other person has to say."
Bryant H. McGill
When I started the office in 1995, I believed that my scientific competence was the greatest resource for my later professional career.
It did not take long for me to realize that my main obligation and concern would be to be a good listener first and foremost. Many of our fellow citizens, confused by the complexity of the legal framework, tired of the Greek bureaucracy and frustrated by their contact with the Tax Administration, came to the office and my first concern was to listen to them.
Of course, the scientific competence, the constant update about the developments of the industry and the experience that we have gained all these years, allows us to give the best solution to what concerns our customers. These two pillars - the human approach and the professional resolution of issues - have created the relationship of trust we have with all our customers.
It is true that our science is mainly about numbers. But the profession we serve has to do with people. And finally the reward of our passion with Accounting comes from the smile of the people leaving the office.
